Happy New Year! First and foremost, I want to extend my sincere wishes for a healthy and happy new year. We are still facing many challenges but, hopefully, the days ahead will bring better things.
As I reflect back on 2020, I remain grateful for many things. Real estate transactions amidst the pandemic have been, and still continue to be, a bit of an adventure. For the well-being of our clients, Patterson-Schwartz and I have adapted by modifying many of our processes. These changes have enabled us to thrive in an otherwise difficult situation.
